A deliverable is the piece your client reviews: an image, a PDF or a video, inside a request.
Sending for review
- Open the request and go to the Review tab.
- Create the deliverable and upload the files.
- Use Send for review. The client gets an email and sees it in their portal, under Deliverables.
If your workspace requires internal review, a manager approves first; until then the client sees nothing.
Rounds
Each delivery is a round with its exact files. The project sets how many rounds are included; if the client wants more, you can send an additional round, which is logged. Earlier rounds and their comments are kept.
Comments
You and the client comment on the piece: a point on the image or PDF, or a moment in the video. Each comment gets a number; replies go inside it. Internal notes are never shown to the client.
The client's decision
- Approve: the deliverable is approved and the request moves on.
- Ask for changes: it goes back to your team with the comments for the next round.
If the client doesn't answer, Flow notifies the project's owner and you can send them a reminder (one every 24 hours).
