With a custom domain, your clients reach the portal at your address, for example clients.youragency.com, instead of your-agency.flowagenci.com.
- Portal on your domain: Studio and Agency plans.
- The team app on your domain (for example
os.youragency.com): Agency plan.
Steps
- Go to Settings › Domains and enter the subdomain you want to use, for example
clients.youragency.com. The root domain (youragency.com) can't be used. - Flow shows the DNS records to create. In your domain provider's panel (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap or another), add:
- a CNAME record for the subdomain pointing to the target Flow shows;
- if it appears, the validation TXT record, exactly as shown.
- Back in Flow, the status moves from Waiting for DNS to Validating, Issuing certificate and Active. It usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours. You can use Check again once a minute.
Once active, the old address redirects to the new one on its own, and emails to your clients link to your domain.
If it can't be validated after 7 days you'll see Error: check that the CNAME points exactly to the target shown and that there's no other record with the same name.
Branding
In Settings › Branding you upload your logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 1 MB) and favicon, and choose the portal title. Your logo shows in the portal, in emails to your clients and on PDFs. On Studio and Agency you can remove "Made with Flow" from the portal.
